Job description and responsibilities:

As an Assistant Manager or Manager, you will be working with the practice’s management to manage different types of Corporate and Business Change Management and HR improvement engagements from a global perspective.

Besides, you will also be coaching the junior staff and helping them on their career development. 

You will act as a part of the People & Change practice’s management, to work with the senior executives on knowledge and product development, and the strategic development of the team.

People & Change practice covers engagements of the below areas but not limited to:

  • Post Merger Integration (PMI);
  • Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP);
  • Operation, Organisation, and HR Due Diligence;
  • Operation Process & Cultural Change Management;
  • Organisation Restructuring- Employee Engagement;
  • Compensation & Rewards; and
  • Performance Management.


Requirements:

  • Degree in HR management, business administration or equivalent;
  • Minimum four years' solid experience in formulating HR policies, with focus in the compensation and benefits discipline;
  • Consulting background is preferred;
  • Candidates with less experience may be considered as assistant manager;
  • Conversant with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations;
  • Knowledge of China regulations is an advantage;
  • Strong business sense;
  • Confident and mature;
  • Ability to multitask;
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills;
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is highly preferable.
