Job description and responsibilities:
As an Assistant Manager or Manager, you will be working with the practice’s management to manage different types of Corporate and Business Change Management and HR improvement engagements from a global perspective.
Besides, you will also be coaching the junior staff and helping them on their career development.
You will act as a part of the People & Change practice’s management, to work with the senior executives on knowledge and product development, and the strategic development of the team.
People & Change practice covers engagements of the below areas but not limited to:

Post Merger Integration (PMI);

Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP);
-
Operation, Organisation, and HR Due Diligence;
-
Operation Process & Cultural Change Management;
-
Organisation Restructuring- Employee Engagement;
-
Compensation & Rewards; and
-
Performance Management.
Requirements:
-
Degree in HR management, business administration or equivalent;
-
Minimum four years' solid experience in formulating HR policies, with focus in the compensation and benefits discipline;

Consulting background is preferred;
-
Candidates with less experience may be considered as assistant manager;
-
Conversant with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related regulations;
-
Knowledge of China regulations is an advantage;
-
Strong business sense;
-
Confident and mature;
-
Ability to multitask;
-
Strong analytical and organisational skills;
-
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; and
-
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is highly preferable.
