Job description
OBJECTIVES:
· Help our exclusive Distributor develop the brand awareness and the turnover of our brands (baby cosmetics) in China, respecting a selective distribution.
· Follow up and coordinate the development strategy in China and locally.
· Train staff of our exclusive Distributor to product knowledge
· Follow up and maintain good relationships with opinion leaders and local authorities.
CONTRACT: local
SALARY: To be defined according to the profile
STARTING DATE: 7 May 2013
Qualifications
PROFILE:
· Sales and marketing background (Business School or MBA).
· Minimum 5-7 years experience in cosmetics industry with marketing / sales knowledge.
· Languages: Mandarin (mother tongue or perfectly fluent) and English are mandatory, French is a plus.
· Deep knowledge of the Chinese culture and local social structure, with a perfect understanding of the occidental culture.
· Experience of the cosmetics distribution channels in China.
· Personal skills:
o Honesty, rigor, open minded, show initiative and skills for PR
o Entrepreneur and creative mind, ability to convince
o Total integration to Chinese social life
o Strong management skills
· Business School or MBA
· Minimum 5-7 years experience in cosmetics industry with marketing / sales knowledge.
