A specific team is dedicated to each client to lead both local and international searches. We are able to look for executive managers and high potentials anywhere in the world, over our several offices (Paris, Warsaw, Moscow, Middle East and Shanghai)

We are currently developing strongly on the Asia Pacific zone and are thus looking to enhance our team with junior profiles who will develop their skills within our team.
Your role
You will be trained to Copers methodology to each of the steps of our recruitment process.
Very rapidly you will be able to work together with a senior consultant on current assignments, including searches at an international level.
You will participate in the searches, from the brief with the senior consultant to the placement of the right candidate, including the analysis of the required profile, the strategy of the search and the selection of accurate candidates.
You will be shown a number of tools that we use in leading the searches.
You may also collaborate to crossed workshops shared with the different Copers offices.

Duration :
3 to 6 months
Location :
Either Paris, for the first 3 to 6 months, then in Shanghai
Or in Shanghai, with a training session in Paris
Package and possible career path :
Standard package of traineeship according to the country’s office you join.
Evolution to a position of Researcher in one of the existing or future offices.
Your Profile :
University/ Business School Graduate
International profile, no matter the nationality
Fluent in Chinese (mandatory) and English or French, other languages are a real plus.
Able to work with international key accounts
Open-minded, adaptable, active, team spirit oriented, ethical values
